Final Project: Old Maid

So this is the 26 cards I designed for the old maid project, the old maid being the time keeper.

Project 7: The Bard

So I chose to do the play Julius Caesar, my pseudonym is a dark and disturbed person so the cover had to be the same. With Julius's bloody head with a dagger going through his neck, since in the play he was stabbed repeatedly by the senators and his best friend.

So what I came up with for the article is the guy on the left is the one that's undercover talking to someone about what he thinks of the protest. I wanted to seem that he is just like everyone else but if you look closely you can see a remote for his expensive car hanging out of his pocket.

Project 6: Simplification Through Symbolism

This is one of my favorite quotes because it's very true, there are certain things that a friend will do and there are many things a best friend will do.

This quote caught my eye when I was searching for a funny quote, it relates to a person that I know and this suites them perfectly.

So for this quote it was just too funny not to try and do a symbol, trying to ignore someone by listening to music. I'm sure everyone has done that once in their life cause I have.

Between Ugliness and Beauty

So I chose to do a close up of a spider eyes, I like spiders to me they are beauty but if you close at there eyes they are ugly and creepy.

I know a lot of people think snakes are not great to look at but for me snakes are beautiful and not gross at all. There very unique and they come in these different shapes, sizes, and colors.

So centipedes really creep me out, I like there ugly and gross and I know some people see beauty in them but I just don't see it.

Peacocks are beautiful, I guess it must be their tail feathers that makes everyone think that. But if you look closer at their heads they look the same as a turkey, their wrinkly and seem a bit dreadful.

Project 4: Emotional Cyrk Poster

So the mood I chose for this poster is fear, a freaky looking clown that's ready for some carnage.

Pseudonym

So for my pseudonym is Meredeath, she is opposite of what my personality is which a moody, dark, loner, and lazy. 

Totally Looks Alike

This chicken nugget I was about to eat looked like Abe Lincoln just without the hat.

I found this potato chip that looked like Australia 

I saw this cloud that looked like a duck

Saw another cloud that looked like an elephant

Picked up this raspberry that looked like a heart

My friends cat that resembles Hitler

My paper trash that looks like a snake skeleton 

Was making eggs and couldn't help but notice how much it looked like the United states

Project 2: New Yorker Phrase Narratives

"No thank you, I don't drink."

So for this quote I came up with this picture of a regular guy offering a zombie a drink of water, since obviously zombies don't drink anything it was perfect for the quote and pretty funny.

So for this one I had the idea of little red riding hood and the wolf, red riding hood offering the wolf some wine so she won't be eaten.

Paper Game

So the way that this turned out was the first pic was a guy yelling at a women so then it turned to another guy yelling at a women. So I can see why it lead to that but then it went off the map to shadows then people getting struck by lightning which lead to the last pic of a guy getting struck by lighting and a doctor checking his x-rays. It was funny how it went from one thing to a totally different thing.

Project 1: Shape Potential

The first drawing I did was a rocket since the shape I had looked like a top of a rocket and the second one is a kite again it looked like a top of a kite with a zig zag design.

The third drawing is a mountain and the forth is an iceberg with the titanic hitting it.

The fifth drawing is a squid since squids have pointy heads and the sixth is a jet, the shape looked like a jet to me.

The seventh one is a broken dorito chip and the eighth one is a man's face with a tin head.

The ninth drawing a monster face and the tenth one is a house.
